Emerald Isle residents, vacationers and visitors, are you ready to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day at the Emerald Plantation Shopping Center on Saturday, March 13th? If so, be sure to wear your best green attire and enjoy one of the best events hosted on the Crystal Coast! Hours of the St. Patrick’s Festival are from 9am until 5pm.
Things To Do in Emerald Isle
If the Emerald Isle weather cooperated, expect to see over 20,000 festival attendees. A special treat is the nearly 75 handmade or hand-authenticated Crystal Coast arts & crafts vendors, Irish and Coastal Carolina cuisine, 8K Road Race, and children’s amusement rides. You can also boogie down at the 3 stages of live entertainment with authentic beer garden. Be sure to bring the children especially those ages 2-5 who are eligible to participate in the Little Leprechaun Contest. You must pre-register your children ages 2-5. Call the Town of Emerald Isle Administrative office at 252-354-6350.
See you Saturday, March 13th at the Emerald Isle Saint Patrick Festival!

As you can see from the photo above, the Emerald Isle construction crew has commenced the bike path extension starting at Black Skimmer Road and continues to mile maker 17. Soon, Emerald Isle residents and vacationers alike will be biking along this wonderful new bike path!
Before long, the trout will be running, the blues will be swallowing Clark’s spoons and the King Mackerel will be attracting Bogue Inlet fishermen to the end of the pier to cast their lines.

In a matter of weeks the Bogue Inlet fishing pier will reopen beckoning Crystal Coast fishermen back to Emerald Isle to pack the pier!

As we gather in our warm, festive homes to celebrate the wonders of this special time of year with our loved ones, brave men and women of the United States Armed Forces offer their service to protect our country while stationed all over the globe.
Those of us at Dakno Real Estate Marketing wish to honor these courageous members of our military by offering a small token of our appreciation. We could have elected to purchase traditional holiday greeting cards and pay postage to send cards to you, our clients and friends. Instead, we choose to send a few of our military families Christmas gifts during this holiday season. We would like to take this opportunity to extend to our clients, and friends of Dakno Marketing a warm Merry Christmas greeting and send out a wish to each of you to experience a prosperous New Year for 2010! May you and your families be filled with prosperity, health, blessings and depths of love and joy like you have never experienced! All the best, Bobby CarrollPosted via email from Bobby Carroll – Dakno Real Estate Marketing
